Certified Electrical Professional: CEP NAED is developing an industry certification for key electrical distribution positions. The certification will standardize and validate baseline knowledge for professionals in the electrical distribution industry. Certification will insure credibility and professionalism in the areas of product knowledge, customer service, sales skills, soft skills, and other skills which elevate electrical distribution above the retail channel.
